You know it
I believe I have kept the shameless plugging of Firefox long enough and that its about time that I update my entries.
The other day I recieved a call at work from a customer that proved difficult not to laugh at. Everytime I try to confirm any information, she responds with "you know it" and "ye-yeah" like its nobody's business. I was starting to think that it was a prank call but she checked out with a valid account number. So the call continues and she won't stop even though I can't stop laughing at her responses. She's having fun so I might as well enjoy it. That is just how I roll and you know it.
