Trip to Mexicantown
Detroit's one and only Mexicantown restaurant was the place to be last night. Certainly a different atmosphere than most restaurants here in Windsor. Its a lot more crowded, noisier, and chaotic but all in a good way. The 45 minute wait was worth it as we were in the bar drinking some dos equis until we got our table. And the margarita gold were uncomparable to any margaritas I had before. The food was also outstandingly delicious. And to top it off, we had some fried ice cream for desert. It is more flamed than fried but definitely mouth watering. A second visit is a must.
