Premise: Guy needs help in reviewing for practical board exam as he already failed it once and can't fail it again. Guy used to date girl but cheats on her. Girl is not talking to guy and want nothing to do with him. Girl learns that guy is in trouble.
Guy: What are you doing here?
Girl: I'm here to help you review.
Guy: I thought you are not talking to me.
Girl starts pretending as the patient to be diagnosed.
Guy: Why are you doing this?
Girl: Its Christmas and it is what Jesus wil freaking do!!!
