Game 7: 553 vs. Getter Done
Last sunday the Toronto Raptors played Philidelphia Sixers. One of the most exiciting game the Raptors has ever played as Donyell Marshall tied Kobe Bryant's record of twelve 3-point shots made in a game.
As we came out for the game today, our whole roster almost attended the game (were missing just two guys) against one of the top four teams of the league. Started with no direction, we pulled together to close the gap to two points. Inspired by Marshall's performance, I was shooting 3-points shots more than I regularly make. If I made as much as Donyell during his game we would have won. But that is not the case.
After game ritual: Faces Pub
After the post game chit-chat, I was hit by the news that Justin is getting hitched this summer. Preconcieved notions of how the wedding and bachelor's party is gonna be like sparked up the conversation. Lots of wierd things came up since he lives in Thompson, Manitoba. A more secluded place than most would want where Indian Reserves are close by. A few strange and funny stories about the place was worthy of some good laughs.
After the pub, Trav and I head out to Mcdonald's for our Big Mac fix. We were asked to leave the premises since they are closing. Just a reminder that junkinthetrunk is no longer open to serve.
