Deal or no deal

A new TV program was aired yesterday titled deal or no deal. This concept is wide spread throughout Europe and Asia and its just about time that hollywood got a sniff of it. We had a similar game show back in the Philippines when I was younger titled "Pera o Bayong" (Money or the bag). The prize money didn't go as high as what they are giving now but the offers to buy back the bag/case never went down as it did to this new reincarnation of the show. A dynamic which I now understand and enjoy. The North American version boils down to mathematics of the odds of winning and leaves less for the chance of luck. Out of spite, I root for them to win the might penny (the lowest amount that they could win). Yes, its sad but also amusing. That is just how I roll. The one thing I hate about the show is that they are milking the suspense too much. It took about 50 minutes just to finish dealing with one contestant. They should go with the dealings faster adding pressure into the contestant's decision and less of giving them time to think about it.

12:29 AMI agree the show is way to slow moving. They need to move it along and get through more contestants. They also need a better host. Toodles
